We dive into the winery’s unique terroir, their pioneering use of Italian and Portuguese varietals, and the many amenities that make this a true destination—including an on-site restaurant, an Airbnb, and a professional-grade disc golf course. Whether you're a UT alum looking for the official game-day wine or a traveler seeking a "bubble of quiet," this episode has something for every wine lover.
