Follow me out to the Texas Hill Country to explore another relative newcomer to the area, Serrano Wine. Although they may be somewhat new to Hye, Texas, they are certainly not new to winemaking. They have a rich heritage of making wines in the Paso Robles area of California and are now starting their journey here to bring great Texas wines to us.
